Job Descriptions
Serving on the FSHP Board of Directors requires a *three-year commitment focused on strategic leadership and professional representation of the Society.
Responsibilities include active participation in all monthly board meetings (virtual and in-person, meeting schedules are presented at the start of each term) and mandatory Society activities (Annual Meeting, House of Delegates), where members are expected to represent the organization as a unified voice.
Each Director serves as a vital liaison to FSHP components and maintains a consistent visual presence across the state to engage with the membership.
Please note that while the President-Elect holds voting rights, all other "Elect" positions are non-voting during the first year of their term.
*Student Director and FPA Representative positions only serve a one-year term.
