Just a few things to note:

  • EVERYONE Gets Early Bird Registration! Early Bird rates will be extended through August 5thRegister TODAY!  

(Due to CDC requirements and social distancing, we may have to limit registration, and we will not offer on-site registration. We will re-evaluate if spacing restrictions are relaxed.)

  • The Educational Affairs Council has re-worked the schedule of events, we will be offering 16 hours of pharmacist and pharmacy technician General and/or Consultant Re-certification CE. Agenda to Include Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and Student Tracks.

(Schedule/Agenda to be released by June 30th)

  • The Rosen Centre has also extended the FSHP discounted room rate of $129 (plus tax) until July 13th Book Your Room NOW!


For Your Safety:

  • In scaling back the meeting, we had to change the format of, and cancel a few events in order to be able to ensure that safety measures are met. In planning, we have decided that we will not be able to offer receptions or any event outside of educational sessions where we cannot appropriately space the room for social distancing. Please be on the lookout for details about a virtual Poster Session, More to come…
  • The Aquatica event will be postponed until the 2021 Annual Meeting, refunds will be posted accordingly.
  • Rooms will be set so that seating is spaced appropriately. We will stagger break and lunch times to deter large crowds.
  • FSHP and the Rosen Centre are taking every precaution to make the meeting safe for all attendees. Masks are not required, but we do encourage them. The resort will monitor temperatures for all who enter the resort daily. Procedures are in place should any issues arise.
  • The Rosen Centre will work with FSHP to ensure consistent sanitizing of high traffic areas.


Access to Meeting Sessions Post Meeting:

  • FSHP is working on providing a recorded version of some, or all of the sessions from the live meeting. We will provide information on how to register for and access recorded webinars after the meeting.
  • The number of hours provided via the recorded sessions is TBD. The recorded sessions will also count towards General and/or Consultant Re-certification CE.
