FL Dept of Health extends license deadline for Pharmacists

Department of Health Extends Deadline in Response to Irma

The Florida Department of Health, in accordance with Executive Order 17‐235 has extended license expiration deadlines for pharmacists licensees whose license expires at midnight on September 30, 2017.  

 The new licensure expiration date is midnight on October 30, 2017.  Unless another extension is granted, any active license not renewed before this time will go into a delinquent status.
